We’re hiring the following roles:

Experience Manager

This role plans and oversees client lifestyle experiences, and streamlines communication to service providers.  It requires a comprehensive understanding of luxury lifestyle and hospitality including travel:  Official, leisure and medically-related visits, as well as logistics and events.  It’s important to be aware of cultural differences of International clientele in order to anticipate how to best customize our services to their needs.  This role is heavily internal and service provider facing, periodically client facing, with occasional travel.

Experience Coordinator

This role supports the International Experience team in planning and overseeing client experiences, by researching and streamlining communication between the team, and contributing to an all around enjoyable working environment.  This role is internal and service provider facing and a strong support position for the company.
